Why Volunteer? Whether you’re studying event management, connected to RMHC Sydney, or simply want to give back, this is your chance to be part of something meaningful and fun!
We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers across a range of roles to ensure our event is a success.
We need over 100 volunteers to help us put together this amazing event. Most volunteer shifts are a maximum of four hours and in return for helping us out, we will provide you with a T-shirt to keep. You will also receive the following benefits:

VOLUNTEER ROLES ON THE DAY
Start Line (Lyne Park) 6am – 10am
Course Guides (Various locations) 7am – 5pm
Finish Line (Randwick) 8.00am – 5.00pm
Start line (Lyne Park) 6am – 9.30am
- Set up the registration area
- Support the registration desk
- Hand out welcome packs
- Manage crowds and cheer participants
- Assist with pack-up
Course guides (3 hour shifts at Various locations) 7am – 5pm

- Assist staff in placing signage at key points along the course
- Be stationed at key points along the course to assist participants and ensure they stay on the right track
Finish line (Randwick) 9am – 5pm
- Welcome Party (various times)
- Greet participants as they return to the House
- Keep drinks replenished throughout the event
- Maintain a clean and tidy site
- Provide support in the VIP area
Please note we will do our best to roster you where you have advised however some roles may fill up faster than others.
