A 25KM coastal Walk to support sick kids!

Join us on Sunday 29th March for a 25km walk to support sick and injured children.

Starting at Lyne Park in Rose Bay, you'll follow the coastline to experience Sydney's most iconic landmarks and spectacular ocean views.

Your 25km walk will end at Ronald McDonald House in Randwick, with our kids and families cheering you across the finish line!

Meet our kids

Meet our Walk Me Home ambassadors who will be cheering you across the finish line!

You'll be walking for these little legends.

Maeve

At just 14 months old, Maeve was diagnosed with a tumour on her left kidney and airlifted to Sydney for urgent treatment.

Maeve and her family have been staying at the House while she undergoes hospital care, so they can stay close and focus entirely on her recovery.

Nicky

When baby Nicky was rushed to hospital with unexplained bruising, doctors delivered the words no parent is prepared for. They suspected leukaemia.

That same night, Nicky and his mum were flown to Sydney, where they are staying at the House throughout his treatment journey.

Maggie

At just two days old, Maggie experienced a frightening episode that led doctors to discover a brain injury.

After months in hospital and ongoing medical emergencies, Maggie and her family are staying at the House so they can remain close while she continues her care.

Harry

Born with complex medical needs, Harry has required multiple hospital visits and specialist treatment.

While Harry receives care, his family stays at the House, giving them a safe place to rest and be together during an incredibly challenging time.

The Journey

This special 25km walk will take you along a course of spectacular scenery and ocean views on your journey to the kids at Ronald McDonald House in Randwick.

Your impact

By taking part in Walk Me Home, you are doing more than providing a place for sick kids to sleep. You are making sure kids get to keep their families close. You are making sure they get a meal after a long day at the hospital.

You are giving them a normal childhood at the house and the chance to be kids again. You are providing them with love and support from a community of families, volunteers and staff.
